ABC Equipment Checklist

  1. Large backpack or Duffle bag to transport your luggage on your flight to Kathmandu.

  2. Day-pack (about 30-40 liters). Must be comfortable to wear.

  3. Hiking boots with good ankle support and a solid sole (eg. Vibram).

  4. Trekking poles (optional). Telescope is the most practical.

  5. Warm sleeping bag with a comfort temperature of minus 6-8 ° C.

  6. Fleece inner bag. Increases the comfort temperature of your sleeping bag.

  7. Thin sleeping bag liner (we recommend silk)

  8. Wind and waterproof jacket. Goretex or similar.

  9. Down jacket.

  10. Warm fleece jacket.

  11. Trekking Pants.

  12. Shorts

  13. Light clothes for Kathmandu.
