I always believe that hiking is one of the most enjoyable things people can do in their great outdoors especially in the tropical environment. It offers a lots of benefits to your physical and mental health beside getting in touch with nature and exercising. When I guide my clients to hike mountains, I realised that hiking also builds their confidence. Let’s explore some of the great things hiking gives us.

Hiking is an excellent form of cardiovascular exercise that can help improve your overall physical fitness by increasing our heart rate, strengthening our muscles and improving our endurance. 3 most important aspect of fitness and burning calories.

Hiking is also helps in our mental health and helps in reducing stress, anxiety and depression. Hiking really does help to improve our mood. Some people joins my hiking trips because they believe its a form of meditation to relax them.

Every trips we go to and every time my hiking buddies reach the summit will create confidence in them that anything is possible in life…all we have to do….is keep pushing ourselves.

A simple regular morning walking routine greatly reduces your chances of heart problems. It also helps in weight loss. The best advice I share with my hiking club members is that…move our body and burn some calories. Decreasing bad cholesterol and Increasing good cholesterol reduces heart problems.

All we need is moving our body on a routine schedule and it will reduces stress and also blood pressure. Every movement will proceed endorphins and adrenaline, which are necessary to reduce stress level.

Most of the people who hike with me are matured and old people, who need to stay strong to do their daily lifestyle activities. So I always recommend to do hiking to achieve that. Its also held in strengthening joints and reduces osteoporosis. Its a aerobic exercise that improves overall physical fitness.

Hiking can prevent and also reduces the amount of insulin and reducing diabetes. Just keep walking and hiking to the hills and mountains.

Sitting at a computer or desk too long can cause back pain. People that walk commonly report significant decreases in back pain. Hiking puts much less stress on your body than running or aerobics and helps build core body strength.

Every hiking trips into the nature will create excitement and each exploration to the wild will offer you a awesome experience. Its makes us forget the hectic and polluted city environment.
