As this trek takes you to the highest elevation of 5,360m at Gokyo Ri, 5,420m at Cho La Pass, 5,550m at Kala Patthar and 5,364m at Everest Base Camp (EBC), you are required to be in sound health but no any prior trekking experience is required.
